library   Friday, June 16th is the last day to return library books and clear overdue fines. the library is closed from june 26^th to june 30^th for inventory.

job opportunity   Want to spend the summer outside and earn money? The Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences at the University of Manitoba is looking for high school student assistants for the winter wheat breeding program.

 

You would work at the University of Manitoba Fort Gary campus from July 4 to September 1.  Duties include weeding, data collection and entry, hand-harvesting, and seed cleaning among others.  The rate of is pay $13.12 per hour with 35 hour work weeks (minimum) and overtime in harvest season. bike locks   students who bike to school are strongly encouraged to purchase a u-lock, as chain locks are very easy to cut and there have been attempted thefts throughout the division.
